The General is the general commander of all military forces in the Autocracy, second in authority only to the Dictator., and the lead guitarist of Regime of Power. The General is the Dictator's right hand man, and his shredding alone has been known to make enemies throw down their arms and surrender, even turn them into loyal soldiers (cannon fodder) of the Autocracy!
